“I was continually impressed by Elizabeth’s drive and dedication to her creativity. I remember she took initiative for the team even before she officially came onboard. When I had my first conversation with her as a team member for Period.24, Elizabeth presented an absolutely stunning revision to our Period.Pal series, a long standing social media campaign to our brand.
This showed me her extraordinary knowledge in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and her willingness to go above and beyond what I could have even imagined. She continued to perfect this vision so that any individual brought on to participate in this campaign would have a completely unique visual while still staying true to the Period.24 brand. Elizabeth also took the full lead in managing the visuals and branding for our last donation drive and did so gracefully.
Her ability to work within tight deadlines to meet with other brands while still paying close attention to details in her work is what makes her an amazing team member and a valuable asset to any company. Over the months of working with Elizabeth, I learned that she is excellent at receiving feedback and using it to her advantage which made working with her very easy and productive for us both. Elizabeth always took initiative in trying to increase her knowledge in the industry by learning new platforms and was always the first to extend her expertise where needed, even to help teammates in separate departments.

“I first met Elizabeth while she and I were both attending FIDM back in 2017, and reached out to her in 2021 specifically in hopes that she would be interested in joining the Period.24 team as our Jr. Director of Branding. Needless to say, I am so grateful that she accepted the role.
As someone whose own focus is in visual design, it never ceases to amaze me how strong Elizabeth’s Adobe Suite skills are. Her knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop speak directly to how eager she is to learn new systems, how quickly she is able to excel at them, and how willing she is to go the extra mile and take advantage of any opportunity to learn a new program.
Elizabeth brought a fresh set of eyes and ideas to Period.24— something I was in desperate need of. She worked directly underneath me, and served as a my right hand gal. She immediately understood our brand, and was able to convey our message in a unique and eye- catching way. I felt confident that I could trust her and her keen judgement to make the same calls for our team that I would at times when I was unable to be present.
She collaborated directly with our graphic team and our copy team to create new campaigns that increased our follower count, and upped our engagement. Our founder and I knew that we could trust Elizabeth to complete the initial mocks in a timely manner, leave ample time for review on our end, and promptly make edits when needed, no matter what the task was.
However, it is not only her technical skills that impress me. Elizabeth is an absolute joy to work with, and brings a positive, can-do attitude with her to any environment she enters. She is warm and inclusive all while maintaining professional boundaries. As soon as she joined Period.24, I immediately noticed a shift in the rest of our team. Her presence put everyone at ease and motivated them to do their best work, and she never failed to make team members feel heard while collaborating on a project.
